Cancelling and refunds

Stuck! is £9.99 a month after a 7-day free trial. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, and you can cancel yourself in about a minute — you never need our permission.

Cancel during your free trial (pay nothing)
  1. Open the email Lemon Squeezy sent when you started the trial and click Manage subscription — or go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders, enter your email, and click the sign-in link they send you.
  2. Choose your Stuck! subscription → Cancel.
  3. Cancel any time before day 7 and you're never charged. You keep access until the trial ends.
Cancel a paid subscription
  1. Same two clicks: Manage subscription from any Stuck! receipt email, or app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.
  2. Your access continues to the end of the month you've paid for, then simply stops. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
Refunds

If a charge goes through that you didn't want — you meant to cancel in the trial, you forgot about a renewal, your child's homework era ended — email hello@tweenage.co.uk within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 working days. Your statutory rights are never affected.

Stuck on cancelling? (We see the irony)

If anything about the portal doesn't work, email hello@tweenage.co.uk with the email address you used to subscribe, and a human (Rebecca) will cancel it for you within 24 hours and confirm by reply.
