Stuck! ("the Service") is a Tweenage product operated by Rebecca Everton as a sole trader. It lets a parent photograph a homework question and receive an AI-generated answer, explanation, teaching script, analysis of a child's visible attempt, and practice questions. Stuck! is a tool for parents; it is not a school, a tutor, or a marking authority.
You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose work you photograph, or otherwise have that parent's permission. The Service is designed for adults: children should not use Stuck! directly, and the subscription is for one household's personal, non-commercial use.
You confirm that any photo you submit is of educational material you are entitled to use for private study, and of your own child's work (or work you have permission to submit). You agree not to submit photos containing another person's private information, and to keep your child's name and school out of shot where practical. Photos are processed as described in our Privacy Policy and are not stored by us.
Access requires a subscription of £9.99 per month following any free trial offered at checkout, processed by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC), who act as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders; access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged. Unwanted charges are refunded in full if requested within 7 days — full procedures on our cancel & refunds page. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Answers, explanations, and practice questions are generated by artificial intelligence. We work hard on accuracy — maths answers are derived twice, results carry an honest confidence level, and challenged answers are reviewed by a human within 24 hours — but AI can be wrong, and school methods vary between schools and schemes. You are responsible for exercising ordinary parental judgement before relying on any answer. Stuck! provides educational assistance, not professional educational advice, and must not be used to complete assessed work on a child's behalf.
Stuck! is an educational tool for parents and carers to understand and explain homework. It is not a safeguarding, counselling, monitoring, or reporting service, and must not be relied on as one. Our system is designed to help with schoolwork only; it may sometimes recognise that a submission is not homework and pause to point you to appropriate help, but this is a courtesy backstop, not a detection service — it will not reliably identify concerns, and you should never depend on it to do so.
If you are worried about a child's safety or wellbeing: if a child is in immediate danger, call 999. An adult with a concern about a child can contact the NSPCC Helpline on 0808 800 5000 or help@nspcc.org.uk. A child can contact Childline free, 24/7, on 0800 1111. These organisations — not Stuck! — are the right route for any concern about a child.
Stuck! helps you understand and explain homework. We do not guarantee any grade, test result, school outcome, or that any explanation matches the exact method your child's school uses.
The Service — its design, code, prompts, branding, and generated output formats — is owned by us. Practice packs generated for you may be printed and used freely within your household. Photos you submit remain yours; you grant us only the limited licence needed to process them and return your result.
We may suspend or revoke access (including license keys) for breach of these terms — most obviously key sharing or content scraping — normally with email notice, except in cases of serious or immediate breach.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
